Listings

Listings are provided for informational purposes. Verify details directly with each business before making decisions. We may edit, decline or remove any listing, review or report that is inaccurate, unlawful or violates these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Provide a valid email address; some features require it to be verified. We may suspend accounts that abuse the site.

Claiming a listing

Only claim a listing you are authorised to manage. Claims may be verified by email domain, a link sent to the business contact, or manual review. Ownership can be revoked if a claim proves false.

Reviews and content

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. By posting content you grant us a licence to display it on the site. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, abusive or that infringes others' rights.

Paid plans

Paid listing plans are billed in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel or change plans at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or your dealings with any listed business.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current version.
